About Me
Quality Engineering Leader | Building Scalable Automation & High-Confidence Systems
I’m a Quality Engineering Leader and hands-on Staff SDET with 14+ years of experience helping teams build reliable, scalable systems through strong engineering practices. I specialize in designing automation frameworks from the ground up, transforming manual processes into efficient CI/CD pipelines, and embedding quality across the entire product lifecycle. My work has consistently improved release speed and confidence while significantly reducing regression effort. I bring a strong balance of leadership and deep technical expertise—working closely with product, development, and DevOps teams while actively contributing to architecture, automation, and complex problem-solving using tools and technologies like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, C#, Python, Jenkins, and AWS.
Beyond execution, I’ve led teams, mentored engineers, and driven quality transformation initiatives across organizations. I’m particularly interested in evolving quality practices, including AI-driven testing and smarter approaches to validating modern, complex systems.
